Our new card, hot off the presses, puts you in charge of your OPAS gift-giving. You pick the value to be placed on the card (minimum of $10 required). The card works just like cash! Plus, once the full balance is used, each OPAS gift card is rechargeable – enabling the user to use it again and again.
